Self-aware AI, is a hypothetical AI which is capable of self-awareness and consciousness, it is still under research and not yet developed.
It's important to note that while AI has made significant progress in recent years, we are still far from creating a truly "intelligent" machine that can think and learn like a human. The field of AI is still in its infancy, and there is a lot of research still to be done.
